Col Richards
Responsible for BTS' financial and corporate activities, Col also maintains a link with BTS' sister organisations. Col has worked at a senior level with a number of large organisations and has experience of international banking in addition to HR and company finance.

Dave Hughes
Dave has worked in the broadcast sector for over 20 years, he has experience of both sides of the fence having worked for both commercial broadcasters and suppliers. He has worked at director level for a UK based software supplier and a VP level for a US based corporation. Dave looks after BTS' commercial activities including sales and marketing, he also takes responsibility for executive management of large projects.

Craig Buckland
Craig heads the BTS technical team and has extensive experience in software development particularly in the area of business and Internet applications. He also spent many years in the broadcast industry including the management of product sales and support operation in South East Asia, as a consequence he is equally able to lead software development or project implementation.

Gareth Hughes
Before joining BTS, Gareth worked within the software and broadcasting sectors gaining experience of installing traffic systems in most parts of the world. Qualified in Project Management, Gareth is responsible for the BTS implementation and support teams, he is also a member of the BTS product advancement team who are responsible for ensuring that BTS solutions maintain their competitive advantage.
